Wat is your favorite dim sum?
煎韭菜餃 is one of my favorites.
The last time that I went to yam cha was 4 months ago, with my mum, sister and her bf in Hong Kong.
I feel so sad that I didn't go to a Chinese restaurant for lunch in these few months.
That's why I came up with an idea to make my own 煎韭菜餃.
I made my own filling and dough for the first time.
The result was yummy, as you can see at the picture above :D
