Corn cake & quick party snack

Today is my boyfriend's birthday.

He'll give a "bring your own food" party.
Wat I'm going to make is the corn cake.
I've made this before and he just loves it!

Also, I would make a quick party snack.

Ingredients
Flour 300g
Baking powder 2 teaspoon
Pinch of salt
Eggs 2 (whipped)
Milk 250 ml
Tin of Corn 420g
Oil (For bakking the cakes)

Ready?

Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt.

Mix the eggs and milk.

Put the mixture of eggs and milk in the flour.
Mix them together till it's smooth.

Add the corn in the mixture.

Heat the pan and add oil.
Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon in the pan.
Bake them until the bottom is gold brown.

Flip the cake and bake the other side.

Put the cakes on the kitchen towel.



















Let's move on with the quick party snack.

Ingredients
- Tined Party sausage 30 pieces
- Tined pineapple 8 slices

Let's get started.
Cut the pineapple in small pieces.

Pierce the pineapple and sausage with a screwer.

Done!
