Who says Chinese Food is difficult to make? I have a pork ribs recipe. It's easy to make and you'll love it! Are you ready?
Ingredients
500g pork ribs
3 slices ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 tbs oil
1 tbs corn starch
3 tbs water
Sauce
5tbs Chinese rice wine
10tbs vinegar
15tbs sugar
20tbs soy sauce
25tbs water
Method
1. Wash the pork ribs and chop them into pieces.
2. Mix the sauce in a measuring cup.
3. Heat up the wok and add 2tbs oil.
4. Add garlic and ginger in the wok. Bake it for 1 minute.
5. Add the pork ribs in the wok and stir-fry them till golden brown.
6. Cook the pork ribs further in a cooking pan.
7. Pour the sauce into the cooking pan.
8. Turn on the heat high.
9. When the sauce is boiling, turn the heat low and cover the cooking pan with a lid.
10. Stew the pork ribs for 30 minutes.
11. Give the pork chop a stir after 15 minutes.
12. Prepare a bowl with 1tbs corn starch and 3 tbs water.
13. When the pork chop is done, give the bowl of corn starch mix a stir, pour it into the cooking pan and stir the pork ribs at the same time.
14. Serve the pork ribs with rice and veggies.
Note
* If you don't want much sauce, you may cook the pork ribs longer or pour more corn starch and water mix into the cooking pan.
