Sometimes I just wanna treat myself with something sweet, like a chocolate muffin.
You'll find different muffin recipes in books and websites.
What about a recipe for 1-2 person(s) and not too sweet?
Here you go, this is just a perfect portion for you and me.
Ingredients (2 muffins)
50g dark chocolate
25g butter (room temperature)
1 egg (room temperature)
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs flour
salt
Equipment
Muffin tin with muffin papers
Method
1. Preheat the oven on 200C.
2. Mix the soft butter with sugar in a mixing bowl.
3. Beat an egg in the mixing bowl and mix it.
4. Scoop the sieved flour and a pinch of salt in the mixing bowl.
5. Break the chocolate into chunks. Put the chocolate in a microwave- safe bowl and let it melts in the microwave.
6. Pour the chocolate into the mixture and mix it together.
7. Fill the muffin paper 2/3 full.
8. Bake the chocolate muffins for 10 minutes.
9. Remove the muffin tin from the oven carefully. Let the muffins cool down for 5 minutes.
