Nutella Wonton

Nutella-  this chocolate- hazelnut spread is one of my all time favourites. The most common way is to spread on bread. My way is to dip a spoon in it and enjoy. Today I create a new recipe with Nutella, hazelnuts and much more, a crunchy and soft snack for family and friends.



















Ingredients

12 wonton wrappers
12 tsp Nutella chocolate- hazelnut spread
20 g hazelnut
1 beaten egg
1/2 banana (sliced) 
Mint
Vegetable oil 

Garnish
Powdered sugar

Method

1. Place a wonton wrapper on a plate. Brush the wrapper with beaten egg.

 

















2. Place mint or banana slice, 1 tsp Nutella spread and hazelnuts into the centre of the wonton wrapper.

 
















 






























 



















 
3. Fold the wrapper diagonally in half and press the edges.



















4. Repeat step 1-3.

5. Heat up the vegetable oil. 

6. Add the wontons into the hot oil and deep fried until golden brown (about 1 minute per side). 

 

















7. Place the wontons on a plate covered with paper towels to drain.

8. Place up wontons and dust with powdered sugar.
